Curtis and the staff are great! Definitely not the corporate America experience. Overall walked in the lady showed us the frames , answered our questions, fit us in less than an hour. Didn't have to wait long for the glasses to be made. Pickup was a breeze in and out in less than 15 minutes. Curtis stated any issues and adjustments just call or come in, which nice. 2 yes ago Curtis came to help my mother in law with her Eyewear prescription. He asked ahead of time if she had special frames in mind...she just wanted "purple". Curtis did not disappoint! He impressed us all with how kind and patient he was. She was so happy and enjoyed showing them off. Now I recently needed glasses for the 1st time so I I called Curtis again. He came right to my home with a huge selection of what I was looking for. I took advantage of the unbeatable prices and got 3 pair...I love them. Tina, in the office, handled all the insurance.
