A Message from Mary Anne

Dear Clients and Friends,

As we enter into April and the beginning of a new season, many of us are drawn to organizing and spring-cleaning.  While it takes time and effort, a good spring clean makes us feel so much more organized and prepared, and able to enjoy the coming summer months with friends and family.

We can get a great sense of accomplishment upon completing such a sizeable task, and there are often little joyous side benefits, such as finding that long-missing sock or your pet’s favorite toy.

If a full spring cleaning does not bring you joy and a sense of accomplishment like it does for me,  it is still possible that you might need to conduct more household tasks than usual, as our family, friends, and most commonly – our furrier loved ones - track in the products of April showers (long before May flowers arrive).  (I find my three goldens love to bask in the glory of those spring mud puddles!)

However you may embrace the season, it is a good time to review necessary documents to ensure that they are in good order. A rainy day is perfect to handle this type of task.

Our April newsletter is focused on Special Needs Trusts;  who needs them, what should be included in them, when to create one – many important considerations for your family and loved ones. I hope you find this information helpful, and can join us for our webinar.

Most sincerely,

Mary Anne

Special Needs Trusts and Legal Planning...

Creating Legal Peace of Mind, One Document at a Time.

We'll hear from some experts as to what are the important components of a Special Needs Trust. Are there different types, when does it needs to be updated and how to work with your attorney.

If you'd like the information, but can’t attend, register, and we’ll provide you with a link to the recorded video after the class.

For Zoom security, when you register, you’ll receive an email with a link to the class and a passcode, which you’ll be asked to enter when you log on. (To avoid disruption, we'll close the class at 12:05. If you’re late, you'll be able to watch the video later.)
