January 9, 2021
Dear Little Hearts Parents,

Today, Sr. Guste sent a communication to Upper School families stating that effective Monday, January 11, the Upper School will pivot to an online learning model of learning for two weeks. This is a cautionary measure to ensure that all students and faculty are able to continue learning while we move through this period of community spread which is affecting our oldest learners on the Rosary Campus. With the facilities, mitigation measures and current limited number of exposures and cases in our division, Little Hearts will continue to remain open from 7:15 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. each day.

The Mater Campus came back to life on Monday with the return of our girls after the two week holiday break. Children arrived in the carpool line with big smiles on their faces. Teachers were equally excited to welcome our Little Hearts back to the second half of the 2020-2021 school year. We are committed to providing on-campus learning for our youngest learners. We are asking for your continued cooperation in enabling us to remain open.

The faculty and staff remain vigilant with COVID protocols at ASH. I am asking that families continue to act responsibly outside of school. By adhering to the city protocols and limiting gatherings with those outside of your immediate family, you are playing an integral part in keeping our Little Hearts classrooms operating safely.

Please remember to contact Nurse Mindy at [email protected] if you or a family member have a possible exposure or test positive for COVID-19.

Thank you for partnership during these challenging times. We are thankful and blessed to have your daughter(s) and your family as members of our ASH community.

Best regards,

Maria Schneider
Little Hearts Division Head
