We know that campuses around the country are facing unprecedented challenges during this time. As your partner in ensuring 24/7 access to professional behavioral health services, we share a responsibility to support our counseling center community and students in need of mental health services right now. ProtoCall has been working hard to establish new partnerships with leading providers of university mental health services nationwide who share that same mission and purpose.
To that end, The Shrink Space and ProtoCall Services have joined forces to create a national platform providing added resources for counseling centers and students to ensure no one is left without the care they need, be it on a crisis basis or for ongoing mental health services.
Together, the Shrink Space/ProtoCall network is working with nearly 3,500 licensed mental health professionals and 350+ University and other mental health centers.
The Shrink Space, an off-campus referral service for counseling centers and their students, is now offering all universities and students free access to its national database of licensed mental health providers and referral management services during this crisis period.
ProtoCall will now offer its university partners end-to-end care through the option of referring students to providers through The Shrink Space for campuses who choose to augment their referral networks through the platform.
