Scientific Integrative Veterinary Medical Association

Well, we did it. For decades, we recognized the need for an integrative veterinary medical organization based on science and evidence, eliminating mysticism and metaphysics. So, this month, we founded the Scientific Integrative Veterinary Medical Association (SIVMA). We are also establishing the Educational Board with long-term leaders in the field who will help move the profession forward.

SIVMA will be open to all veterinarians, veterinary students, and licensed veterinary technicians (LVTs) who support the advancement of evidence-based integrative medicine as first-line care. Together, we will strengthen the visibility and availability of scientific integrative medicine for all animals.
