Dear Providence,

It's October 1st which means we are only a few days away from the inaugural Providence Day & Back to School Celebration!

This community event, co-hosted by Chair & Providence District School Board Member Frisch, Celebrate Fairfax, Neighborhood and Community Services, and myself, will highlight local organizations and businesses while fostering stronger connections among residents and community leaders. This FREE, family-friendly event is a wonderful opportunity to meet your neighbors, connect with local organizations, and prepare for a successful school year. Join the fun and welcome the fall season with your friends, family, and community on Saturday, October 5th from 11 am to 3 pm at George C. Marshall High School (7731 Leesburg Pike)!

While Marshall High School is easily accessible by car, bus, or bike, shuttle services will run from the Jim Scott Community Center (3001 Vaden Drive) and the James Lee Community Center (2855 Annandale Road).
