As per the March 17 New York State Department of Health directive related to COVID-19, ALL ADULT DAY HEALTH CARE PROGRAM SERVICES have been immediately suspendeduntil further notice.
Amida Care recognizes that unexpected changes in scheduling, staffing or temporary suspension of day program services all represent significant hardships for families and others who support their loved ones in their homes. We would like to ensure that all of your patients who are receiving such services are still able to receive medical care from their Primary Care Provider in office or by telephonic care.
