Dear Provider, 

In observance of the upcoming holidays, the Connecticut Behavioral Health Partnership (CT BHP) office will be closed on the following days:  

Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Monday, January 20, 2025

As a reminder, the Provider Connect application is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for registration and authorization of services.

Care Managers are also available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to handle crises and certification for inpatient services. 

Authorizations needing further review will be completed as soon as possible, by the next business day.
