New Waiver Rates Begin January 1, 2021
New rates for waiver providers is as follows:
Independent Providers - Homemaker/Personal Care, 1:1 = $5.18/unit
Agency Providers - Homemaker/Personal Care, 1:1 = $5.86

Community Connection: Utility Bill Assistance Program
The Utility Bill Assistance Program from the City of Delaware is there for you if you are unemployed, partially unemployed, or unable to work due to COVID. City utility customers can apply for a payment plan or a credit toward their bill. The application can be completed online HERE
