Attention Adult Day Service Providers
In order to assist in communicating and connecting providers with people seeking adult day services, we need your help in maintaining an accurate status of our adult day service providers during the pandemic. If the status of your agency changes please notify Cheryl Copley-Cimino at your earliest convenience. Status changes include the reopening or temporary closing of your agency, new openings in your programs, and availability of transportation. Please note, these status reports will not change our provider search or selection process. They will simply be used internally to help us disseminate accurate information to inquiring families and people served. More information will be coming to you shortly.
