I'm working with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or has been in close contact with someone how has. What do I do?
Contact the DCBDD SSA, Service Coordinator, or Developmental Specialist working with the individual to deploy the COVID response plan. If this is after hours, on a weekend, or during a holiday, please contact helpline at 740-369-3316 and ask for the SSA on call.

Yes we can. Please contact Annie Snyder at [email protected] or 740.201.5881to receive PPE and contact the DCBDD SSA, Service Coordinator, or Developmental Specialist working with the individual to deploy the COVID response plan.

My staff have become ill and I need additional DSPs. Can DCBDD help?
DCBDD is building a list of willing and able independent providers we can call upon to fill in as the provider for a person we serve until the scheduled provider is well enough to return to work. Rent, Mortgage, and Water/Sewer Utility Assistance Available through December 30, 2020
Bridges Community Action will help eligible Ohioans who are behind on rent, mortgage, and water and/or sewer utility bills catch up on past payments back to April 1, 2020 and provide additional assistance through December 30, 2020.
 
Ohio households with an annual income at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines will be eligible for assistance. Click here for more information.

Providers of Locally-Funded Services: DCBDD Fiscal Department Announces End-of-the-Year Billing Deadlines
The end of the year is quickly approaching. Thank you for your efforts to submit timely billing this year! Below are instructions to assist you with the end of the year payment process.
  1. As a Fiscal practice, Delaware County closes the Fiscal Year mid to late December.
  2. Invoices must be received by DCBDD on or before December 13, 2020 for you to receive payment before January 1, 2021. Please remember that Case Notes take an extra day to reach us.
  3. Due to the Fiscal Year closing, invoices received after December 13, 2020 will be accepted, but you may not receive payment until after January 1, 2021.
  4. Beginning January 1, 2021, please invoice your 2020 services separately from 2021 services.
  • Example: If you are invoicing for services rendered on 12/28/20, 12/30/20 and 1/2/21;
  • 1/2/21 must be submitted on a separate invoice, or sent through OhioDD.com separately.

If you bill through OhioDD.com, please do an annual update of your profile information. Once you have logged into your account, verify that your address and contact information are correct by choosing the “Profile” option in the toolbar.

As a reminder, invoices for service provided or parent reimbursement must be received by the Delaware County Board of Developmental Disabilities within 90 days of the date of service.

Providers of Locally-Funded Services: 2021 Master Contract Reminder
For locally funded services through a DCBDD Master Contract; this is a reminder that the completed 2021 Master Contract or 2021 Master Contract Addendum to the 2020 Master Contract and 2021 Business Associates Agreement are due Wednesday, December 2nd 2020. The current 2020 Master Contract will expire on December 31st 2020. Any contracts received after December 31st will be placed in a suspension status until the 2021 Master Contract is fully completed. After the 45th day of suspension status, the contract will be terminated. This termination applies to locally funded services only.
