 You First wants to support members in being active outdoors this Spring! Members who have received their heart health screening and
are participating in our program are eligible for a free

Pass recipients are encouraged to bike, swim, kayak or hike their way to good health while exploring our spectacular parks! The pass never expires and can be used across the state.

Please let your eligible patients know about our program and this unique seasonal benefit.  We can check eligibility right over the

Barriers to Health Care

Breast Cancer Screening & Diagnostics for Transgender Women
Transgender women (male-to-female), who have taken or are taking hormones and meet all program eligibility requirements, are eligible to receive breast cancer screening and diagnostic services through You First. While CDC does not make any recommendation about routine screening among this population, grantees and providers should counsel all eligible women, including transgender women, about the benefits and harms of screening and discuss individual risk factors to determine if screening is medically indicated. You First Helping Transform Thrivers
to Survivors

The You First program is now offering iThrive to participants in the Breast and Cervical Cancer Treatment Program (BCCTP). iThrive is an online tool that is free for cancer survivors.
