New FREE Webinar for Parents; an all-new opportunity for Parents of Children with Autism and Other Related Disabilities.
In this all-new format, the discussion will include two Clinical Support Specialists from Florida Atlantic University's Center for Autism and Related Disabilities (FAU CARD) and will take place in the form of a "Parent Panel." We will be discussing the
challenges and victories parents face when given a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) with mothers of children with ASD.
Our staff is also happy to welcome parent, Ms. Carol Del Sol, to participate in the discussion --- she is a Registered Nurse and will be speaking on her experience with ASD and her teenage son.
Parents will be be able to:
- Learn about the resources given by FAU Center for Autism and Related Disabilities
- Learn about resources given by ELCPBC
- Listen to real-life experiences from mothers of children with different ages
This Parent Panel is geared toward families who have recently received a diagnosis and families who have a concern.
