Provider Support Team
We want to help providers - both agency and independents - in any ways in which we are able. Our Provider Support Team wants to hear from you about any issues you may be experiencing or critical needs you may have at this time.

We have a dedicated helpline for providers to call should they have immediate needs. Providers can reach us at 330-321-3585.
Residential Plan for COVID-19
The Medina County Board of DD has released a plan for Supporting Individuals in Residential Settings during COVID-19. The plan is based on information from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD), and Ohio Department of Health (ODH).
DODD Issues Pre-Surge Planning Toolkit
Last week the Ohio Department of DD released its toolkit for planning related to COVID-19 surges.
Need Pandemic Related Supplies?
In an effort to help providers during this time, the Medina County Board of DD has been working hard to obtain health and safety supplies for local providers. Recently we have received a shipment of several hard to find items. If you are are provider who has reached out in the past for items or has current needs for items related to COVID-19 prevention and protection, please contact our Provider Support Team at providersupport@mcbdd.org to discuss what items are available.
