The Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services has launch a new, toll-free Careline to provide emotional support for Ohioans who are experiencing stress, anxiety, fear, sadness and loneliness amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Ohioans may call 1-800-720-9616 to connect with trained counselors for 24/7 support.
Supportive Technology Options
Due to the current coronavirus outbreak, alternative options for service delivery may need to be explored to find safe staffing solutions quickly. Supportive technology offers people with developmental disabilities help in their home through two-way communication in real-time, so a person can talk with their direct support professional (DSP), even when the provider is not in their home. 
Paycheck Protection Program FAQs
Small businesses and non-profits may benefit from applying for financial help through the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP). The Small Business Administration (SBA), in consultation with the Department of the Treasury, has put together some frequently asked questions about the PPP which was established to help ease some financial burden during the Coronavirus pandemic.
