Medina County Providers
Weekly Information
July 22, 2020
We have a dedicated helpline for providers to call should they have questions or immediate needs. Providers can reach us at 330-321-3585.
DODD Portal
When you log in to the DODD website, you may see an announcement about the new OOD Provider Management Portal. That portal is associated with the state agency Opportunities For Ohioans with Disabilities. That portal is only meant for providers who have direct dealings with that state agency and is not to be confused with the DODD Provider Services Management portal (PSM).
APSE Survey
APSE is looking to assess the direct impact the COVID-19 pandemic has had on disability employment services with a nationwide survey. This information will be vital to public policy discussions as our nation moves into the reset and recovery phases of this crisis.
MUI Training
If you missed last week's MUI Training, or would like to look back to it as a reference, you can find the Zoom Meeting or the PowerPoint Presentation below.
Virtual Reviews
During August, OSSAS will be completing reviews that were previously started with providers and county boards, but not finished due to the state of emergency. If a provider or county board had reviews with OSSAS canceled during March, April, or May 2020, they will be contacted by a reviewer to reschedule. These will take place virtually. Regulatory work of County Board Reviewers will resume in September 2020.
New RFPs This Week
13 new RFPs were listed on the portal in the past week:

  • Adaptive Equipment - 2
  • NMT - 3
  • HPC - 7
  • Respite - 1

Login to view the open RFPs and see if you or your agency might be a good fit.
