OTS Reporting Period
The Outcome Tracking System (OTS) 2020 Reporting Period is approaching quickly. The data pull is on September 15, 2020. We are making our updates to the system now so that our county data will be accurate.

Then, the Outcome Tracking System (OTS) will be available to those Adult Day and Employment providers, ICFs, DCs and county boards beginning October 1, 2020.

Just like last year, providers will enter data for those whom they provided services to in the month of September 2020. Users will have six months to enter data, starting on 10/1/2020 – 3/31/2021.
If you are new to OTS or you would like a refresher training, please join DODD for an upcoming virtual training. No registration is required, please follow the button below for the training schedule and meeting links.

In the NE region, the trainings are as follows:
1.     County Board: 9/30/2020 9AM-11AM
2.     Provider: 9/30/2020 1-3PM
3.     ICF/DC: 9/24/2020 2-4PM

Please see the resources tab on the OTS webpage below.

If you have any questions or concerns about OTS, or require support assistance, please reach out to Debbie Hollifield, the Medina County DD Board contact for support on the Outcome Tracking System, at debrah@mcbdd.org

Celebrate DSP Appreciation Week
DSP Appreciation Week is September 13 - 19, and we want to spend time recognizing all of our DSPs for their dedication and commitment to making a difference in individuals' lives every day. If you would like to share a short video thanking DSPs for their admirable work, please send them to Patti Hetkey, Community Relations Coordinator, at pattih@mcbdd.org. Videos submitted should be no longer than 30 seconds.
PPE Reminder
The Medina County Board of DD, along with the Ohio EMA, continues to secure limited supplies of critical PPE for the purpose of assisting providers in supporting a person who has tested positive and therefore has a sudden, unexpected need for greater protective equipment. If you find you are in need of critical PPE due to the person you support testing positive, or additional supplies for providing services in a healthy and safe manner, please contact the provider support email at providersupport@mcbdd.org
