Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Updates
Phase 3 of EVV begins in January 2021, encompassing Participant Directed HPC and home health therapies. Registration for this will open on September 15, 2020, and training will begin on October 5, 2020. For training overviews, please follow the buttons below.
Along with the Phase 3 training, Sandata has created a Bridge Training to discuss Sandata software updates. This course is now available and recommended for all providers. To enroll, please review the instructions provided below.

If you are a new provider and still need to take EVV training, you must take the Phase 3 training and then the Bridge Training.

*Please keep in mind that people who utilize waiver services from state agencies other than DODD use EVV, so there are concepts mentioned in the Bridge Training that don’t apply to DODD providers such as client verification.
