Supplies are Still Available!
We have been able to receive a supply of
hand sanitizer, gloves and disinfectant spray
to share with providers.
Supply distribution will continue to be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9-11 at our Liberty-Fairfield office and will be based on provider responses our needs survey. We will schedule a specific time for you to pick up any supplies we are able to provide.

We ask that you keep/return the re-usable bottles that are provided to get refills over the coming weeks.
We will continue to use our survey to gather
needs for supplies. If you have not yet completed a survey or have new needs, please complete one today.

We were provided with limited PPE by the Emergency Management Agency and have distributed that to providers. Going forward, we will only provide PPE in cases where there a suspected or tested positive case of Covid-19.
We also have a supply of paper products to share if provider homes are in need. Again, please use the survey method to indicate such a need.
CPR Expiring Soon?
If you are an independent provider who needs to renew before June 1st, please reach out to Michelle Truett, /Quality Assurance RN,
to recieve an extension on your current certification.
As a reminder, DODD has relaxed the in-person skills check requirement for CPR during the pandemic. If you need a CPR class for new staff or for certification, there is an option for a free on-line provisional class provided by The American Red Cross. Click
Adult Day Changes
New guidance came out last week related to the use of "on-behalf of" and virtual supports for Adult Day and Vocational Habilitation during COVID-19. If you are a provider who is interested in providing services this way, please contact the Support Coordiantor for the individuals you serve to start the process.

Planning for a Surge in Cases
DODD sent out a toolkit (
) on 4/16/2020 to address how providers in both congregate and community settings should plan and prepare for when people are exposed or diagnosed with COVID-19. The information provides guidance from ODH on the relocation of individuals when necessary, and the best practices for utilizing the available supply of PPE.
DODD is offering two webinars next week about planning for the surge. The webinars will be held on Tuesday, April 21
