Leadership Coaching can change your world.
This is not about sports. It's not about telling you what to do. Coaching is about YOU. Giving YOU space to talk through your challenges in a safe space. Giving you time to create plans and test out ideas. You are creative, resourceful, and whole. A coach asks questions to help you uncover your own knowledge and create a plan.

This is a note from our trainers:

We trust you are figuring a way forward during this unusual time in the church. Over the last year, this one thing has become increasingly clear--Deeply contextual coaching is going to be the most helpful way to assist clergy and their congregations as we move through this Covid hangover and also toward a more inclusive and just church.
The help churches need will not be found in the latest shiny program, or someone's new book with advice. The way ahead for each congregation must be highly contextual and carefully carved out of the collective wisdom and experience of each congregation's leadership.

We are here to support you!
Coaches are available to ALL leaders – clergy and lay. You can be coached individually, create a group of people, or bring a team together for creating shared goals and plans. Any of them will offer an introductory session so you can together discern if you are a good fit. If you work in a rural area, you might qualify for free coaching. Find out more and explore coaching with a trained leadership coach!
