The COVID-19 pandemic has made it essential for the Provincial Court to make use of technology in new ways. Balancing the duty of the court to provide equitable access to justice with the need to protect public health and safety during the COVID-19 pandemic has meant the adoption of new technologies, new processes and new procedures.
The Court is very committed to hearing from those most impacted to determine how the Court can learn from these experiences to better meet the needs of Albertans. As part of this outreach, the Court is requesting that lawyers complete this survey to the profession.
The deadline for participation is Monday, February 1, 2021. The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete.
