Come Picnic in the North Georgia Mountains

During the fall trying to snag the perfect seat at a nice lake-side or river-side restaurant

Food Bank of Northeast Georgia - Teaching Kitchen

Thank you Chefs Dave and Gayle Darugh of Beechwood Inn for instructing the Junior Chefs After School Program this evening (9/16/2019). The kids had a blast learning how to make their own pizzas using fresh ingredients and used EVERY bowl in the Teaching Kitchen!

Gayle and I had a great time working with this fine group of 18 (8-13 years old) young people. We were pleased with how many enjoyed Steve Whiteman's Micro-Green Salad Mix - phyto-nutrient power house. Yes, sorry Samantha, I think Gayle and I did use every bowl in the Teaching Kitchen. Chef Eric Pitts Joins Grapes & Beans Culinary Team

More dining coming to Clayton: We at Beechwood Inn are happy to spread the word about our friend Chef Eric Pitts joining the culinary team at Grapes & Beans .. Grapes & Beans will continue serving gourmet lunches Thursday-Monday, but starting on October 11th they will begin serving Friday and Saturday dinners. After Hours @ Grapes & Beans will be a freestyle small bite concept that will encourage guests to try and share multiple plates infused with eclectic flavors. Congrats to Chef Pitts!
