Group Explorations for a More Connected World
Embracing complexity, ambiguity, love and differences we bring ourselves and the social and relational issues we carry with us. We are here to help one another grow and develop and be real with one another. We are not here to put our greatness under a basket.
The methods and underlying theory of Psychodrama, Group Psychotherapy, and Sociometry help structure our EXPLORATIONS into Roles as Creative Processes ready to be explored and intentionally lived. This involves freedom of choice, as you create new spaces and possibilities by accessing your own inner compass in the context of what is possible in the larger society.
This training gains strength from our intention to show up for ourselves and others and our willingness to be surprised with what comes forward. When your feel safe and trusting enough you can open to fresh ways of being with yourself and others as you seek more possibilities and resources.
This is trauma informed work, including both big traumas and little traumas, helps us to move beyond our survivor roles and social/cultural trainings into spontaneous connections within which we co create each other.
