Topsy - Turvy

Being with what is

A Rehearsals for Living
Training for Personal and Professional Allowance

Saturday, June 11, 9:00 - 6:00 PM, in Bow, WA

In this experiential and respectful trauma informed exploration we are all co-researchers and co-creators. We will experience how complex, caring and interactive group dynamics provides a brave, resilient, creative and sound structure for group action explorations, sharing, caring and healing .

As we attune to each other, we bring ourselves and awareness into this moment, increasing our curiosity and connections. We will work and play with embodied presence, as we allow for what might emerge from our seemingly impossible stuckness. These group explorations honor our innate gifts of connection to ourselves and others, and our search for authenticity, and our mutual surprise and delight with co-created, embodied and Healing experiences. Attention to this emergence allows us time us to integrate the new and break up old patterns. In our heart of hearts we know what is needed, and how and when.

The theories and practices developed by J.L. Moreno, the originator of Psychodrama, including Role Theory, Spontaneity/Creativity, and Sociometry will be embodied and embedded as well as explicated within the learning format. Pesso Boyden System of Psychomotor is another approach modality that blends well with our work .

Finding our way between the forces of change and our need for belonging, is a hard won miracle. Being fully human is indeed a moment to moment journey. We all face challenges in this topsy turvy lifetime, and share basic instincts and needs. This brave space work and play space grows organically from our inner and outer awareness, and from our sensitivity and care for one another, ourselves, and the ground and groundlessness we share.
