Abstract Acceptance Notifications


Abstract acceptance notices were emailed to submitters/presenters on July 15. Submitters/presenters will be given an opportunity to review their abstract for accuracy before the final Abstract Book is published.

Family Care Grants

The Family Care Grant program is designed to support attendees who incur extra family care expenses (i.e., extra daycare, babysitting services, elder care, or care of a family member with disabilities), above and beyond their regular family care expenses, in order to attend the annual meeting. All 2025 meeting attendees are eligible to apply, provided they indicate financial need and membership dues are paid. For more information and to apply, visit here

Carbon Conscious Award

Climate change presents an urgent challenge that requires immediate action. Following guidance from climate science experts, the Society is committed to reducing carbon emissions across all our activities. The Carbon Conscious Award recognizes attendees who demonstrate exceptional commitment to minimizing their environmental impact while participating in our Annual Meeting. Call for 2026 Keynote Speaker Nominations

Fellows and Members are invited to nominate an eminent researcher to deliver the Keynote Address at the 2026 Annual Meeting in San Diego, California, USA. Nominees must be a distinguished Society member or non-member who would give a compelling talk. The Nominations Committee will consider submissions and create a shortlist to present to the Governing Board for final selection. Nominations are due September 12. More
