We have posted opportunities for public comment on a proposed recommendation to the Academic Performance Framework and a proposed policy and procedures for revising the Board's three performance frameworks. This is your opportunity to voice your position on a potential rule or policy and provide valuable information on how it may impact you and your community. Your Feedback will assist The Board and improve its services to the charter community.

The window for the first opportunity for public comment: September 1, 2023 - September 25, 2023

• Written comments may be emailed to charterschoolboard@asbcs.az.gov (link sends e-mail).
• Written comments may be mailed to the Arizona State Board for Charter Schools,
• 1802 W. Jackson St. #110, Phoenix, AZ 85007
• Written comments may be delivered to the Board office
• 1700 W. Washington St., Suite 304, Phoenix, AZ 85007

All public comment received by September 25, 2023 will be presented to the Board, and members of the public will have an additional opportunity to provide comment to the Board at the meeting during which the Board considers the proposed changes.
