NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Draft 2019 AHFA National Housing Trust Fund Allocation Plan & Proposed PY2019 One-Year Annual Action Plans
The Alabama Housing Finance Authority (AHFA) and the Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs (ADECA) will conduct a public hearing concerning the Draft 2019 AHFA National Housing Trust Fund Allocation Plan (HTF) and the proposed PY2019 One-Year Annual Action Plans for the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG), the Emergency Solutions Grants Program (ESG), and the Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS Program (HOPWA), the Home Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), and the Housing Trust Fund (HTF) Program. Collectively, these Plans summarize housing and community development needs in the State and a strategy to meet those needs using federal funding from the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
The public hearing will be held on Friday March 22, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at the Alabama Center for Commerce, 7th Floor Auditorium, 401 Adams Avenue, Montgomery, Alabama 36104.
