If passed, Bylaw No.580.128, 2021 would change the zoning of the subject property (245 Mill Road) from Residential 14 (R14) to Residential 19 (R19) to permit two single-family dwellings on two separate parcels. In addition to the single-family dwelling, each parcel would also permit a garden suite or secondary suite.
