Dear Brothers & Sisters,

"All peoples, clap your hands. Cry to God with shouts of joy" (Psalm 47:2).

Three matters for your consideration:

  • The archdiocese has moved into phase two of the resumption of public Masses, which means churches can now seat people at 50% capacity, provided physical distancing can continue to be maintained. We have the entire loge below the stained glass window of the Holy Spirit and the overflow section of the church still available. Further details from the archdiocese on phase two can be found by clicking here.

  • Our seminary is offering a free self-paced course for you to explore what the New Evangelization is, why it is important, and how to do it. Learn more & register at: shms.edu/ne.

  • Continuing to Care: Since the pandemic we have reached out to check in on most of our senior parishioners. This week, we started assembling kits to be sent to our younger members. The kits will be mailed with a bit of fun, a bit of faith and a lot of love from our community. It will be a reminder to the youth and the family that St. Aidan is still on Mission in the pandemic. We are hoping there are a few people out there willing to sponsor one of the children for $20. We will share the images from the kids receiving their packages on social media.
Sincerely yours in Christ,

David J. Conrad
