COVID-19 UPDATE
PUBLIC MASSES ON JUNE 21
June 15, 2020

Thank you so much for your patience this past Sunday as we resumed the public celebration of Mass. We are appreciative of all those who attended and followed the guidelines.

Beginning this Wednesday, June 17, daily Mass will be offered at St. Helen's on Wednesdays at 9 a.m. followed by Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament until noon. Although there is no registration for Wednesday daily Mass and Adoration, those planning to attend must follow all other guidelines.

Registration for Mass next Sunday, June 21 is now available and can be found at the bottom of this message. In order to maintain state and Archdiocesan regulations, we have a restricted capacity for Mass and those planning to attend Mass in person must adhere to all guidelines and register in advance. The Mass schedule is limited at this time, with Sunday Masses taking place at St. Mary's to accommodate a larger number of attendees. Mass will begin at 8 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. The 11 a.m. livestreamed Mass will continue for the foreseeable future.

Guidelines for attending Mass:

1.) Face masks are required to be worn at all times. Those under the age of 2 should not wear masks. For those between the ages of 2 and 5, wearing face masks is at the parents' discretion.

2.) Parishioners should keep a distance of at least six feet from those who are not of the same immediate household.

3.) There can be no congregating before or after Mass, inside or outside the church.

4.) The doors to the church will open 15 minutes prior to the start of Mass.

5.) Please enter the church through the Hospitality Room doors at the back parking lot.

6.) As you enter the church, you will be greeted and seated by staff members. Seats will be assigned to keep appropriate social distancing.

7.) Although the restrooms are available, we ask that you try to use the restroom before you arrive.

8.) There will be no collection during Mass, however there will be baskets available for offertory donations as you enter and leave the church. We ask that you please consider registering for Online Giving.

9.) Holy Communion should be received in the hands and will not be distributed on the tongue at this time.

10.) Staff will provide instructions about exiting the church once Mass has ended.

Please remember that the Sunday dispensation from attending Mass is still in effect. It is recommended that those who are at high risk, such as the elderly or those with compromised immune systems, refrain from attending Mass in person at this time and continue to join us online for our Sunday Mass Livestream at 11 a.m. Those attending Mass in person should not have any signs of illness (fever, cough, sneezing, runny nose, etc.).

Please use the the following button to register to attend Mass. For those unable to use the online registration form, please call Gina at the parish office (781) 826-4303 on Tuesday after 10 a.m.

Thank you again for your understanding as we navigate these challenging times. Please know that the entire collaborative community remains in our prayers. We look forward to gathering with you at Christ's holy altar.
