Public Hearing
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Shorewood will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers of the Shorewood City Hall, 5755 Country Club Road, Shorewood, Minnesota, on Monday, September 8, 2025, at 7:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible. The purpose of the hearing is to consider proposed amendments to City Code Title 900, which if adopted would require new residential construction to connect to the municipal water system if it is immediately available to a property located in Shorewood, Minnesota. Properties that do not have immediately available municipal water service would not be required to connect to the municipal water system. Legal description of the properties are on file at City Hall.
