Coronavirus Message from Gloucester Mayor Sefatia Romeo Theken
Gloucester Mayor Sefatia Romeo Theken has requested that we forward the message below to all members of the Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce:

From: Sefatia Romeo Theken
Sent: Tuesday, March 10, 2020 5:03 PM
To: Ken Riehl
Subject: State of Emergency coronavirus

As you may have heard by now, Governor Baker has called a State of Emergency. I am asking that any one having large gatherings, postpone these events. We understand that some events are happening this week, and next, that it's too late to cancel or postpone.

Please remind people to stay at home if they feel ill or have the cold, and seek medical attention. The City of Gloucester has more of a Senior population then most communities of our size, we are taking this seriously, and ask for your cooperation.

Respectfully

Sefatia Romeo Theken
Mayor
