Public Swim Registration Process

WELCOME BACK!

Dear Customers,

We are excited to announce we will have an online registration system for Public Swim at Mesquite Groves and Folley Pool for their opening hours this weekend and next weekend.

Here are the details :

Registration will be done through ActiveNet (link below)
You will need to be a Chandler Resident to register online, and show proof of address when checking in at the pool
Each day will have 2 time slots you can register for (Noon-2pm) and (3-5pm). You can register for both, however the hour break between the sessions will be used to clean and disinfect the facility and highly touched surfaces- perfect time for a lunch break :-)
During the 1 hour cleaning break, no patrons or personal items will be allowed on deck
Registration will open at 6 pm the day before and close 30 minuets before the session start time. For Example: This Saturday, May 23 from Noon-2pm at Mesquite Groves will open Friday, May 22 at 6pm and close on Saturday, May 23 at 11:30 am
Each person visiting the pool will have to be individually registered. For example a family of six will have to register each parent and all 4 children for that time slot
Non-Residents will be allowed in the facility if capacities are not met. However, we highly encourage you to check the activity's enrollment online before you go (link below). If it is full for that time slot- there will be no openings available for walk-up customers.

We highly recommend you login to your ActiveNet account prior to this Friday at 6 pm to ensure there are no issues with family members or address on file. We will have staff available to help you with account questions M-F 8am-5pm at 480-782-2749
You can also add the time slot you are interested in to your wishlist for easier registration. These time slots will act like class registration codes.

Swimming with us? Here is what you can expect from our employees:

Cleaning and wiping down equipment
Disinfecting frequently touched surfaces
Maintaining physical distancing
Disposing of personal belongings left at the pool daily
Testing water chemistry more frequently
There will be no food vendors on site

We are asking each guest for assistance. Here's How you can help:

Stay home if you are sick
Wash your hands
Avoid touching your face
Cover coughs and sneezes
Show up to the pool swim ready
Maintain physical distancing
Bring your own water bottle, towel, fitness equipment, and chairs

Folley Pool ( 600 E. Fairview St. ) Capacity 75 patrons

May 23-25 Noon-5:00 pm

May 30-31 Noon-5:00 pm

Mesquite Groves Aquatic Center (5901 S. Hillcrest Dr.) Capacity 180 patrons

May 23-25 Noon-5:00 pm

May 30-31 Noon-5:00 pm

All Aquatic Facilities will resume normal business hours (at limited capacity) on Saturday, June 6, 2020. Look for future communication on these details.
