About Delphin:
Delphin is the Director of the Professional Pastry Program at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts. He provided the pastries for President George H.W. Bush and visiting President Francois Mitterand of France in 1989. He has won many national and international awards over the years. Before moving to Marblehead (home of the famed Delphin's Gourmandise), he worked in Los Angeles as Executive Pastry Chef at L'Ermitage and Rebecca's. Truly an extraordinary teacher!
