Cranberry Township is kicking off an exciting process to create a long-range Comprehensive Recreation Park and Open Space Plan.
The Township needs community input to create a plan that reflects what's most important to those who live and work here. Survey responses are kindly requested from residents, business owners and other stakeholders. Submissions are anonymous.
By providing an email address at the end of the survey one will be entered into a drawing to win a $100 gift card which can be used toward programs, pool membership, or facility rentals. Thank you!

Cranberry Township paused for peace Wednesday during the unveiling of a new Peace Pole in the Municipal Center.
A project of the Cranberry Township Sunrise Rotary, the Peace Pole is an internationally recognized symbol of hope standing vigil in silent prayer for peace on earth. Each Peace Pole bears the message May Peace Prevail on Earth in different languages on each side. There are more than 250,000 Peace Poles around the world.
Attendees were asked to write how they would promote peace in their community on a paper butterfly and affix it to the display, serving as a reminder that the quest for peace begins individually.
