Our AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy Class is open to puppies who are 1 year old or less. This class teaches you how to better communicate with your pup, establishes some of the core building blocks needed by your young dog's mind, and will set you up for future success in obedience. This is also a great class to socialize your puppies!

In Foundations, you'll learn how to work with your dog in simulated everyday situations in a relaxed, non-competitive atmosphere. You must take this class if you are new to Dog's Play unless you have a puppy or have proof of a passed Canine Good Citizen (CGC) from the AKC.

CGC title applications will be awarded at the end of this class to all passing students. Rosettes and flat ribbons are available to commemorate your achievement, and award medals can be purchased separately through AKC.

Huge thank you to Plenty of Pit Bulls for saving the life of our rescue, Angel. She had a bloat with a twist, but the vets at Community Emergency Veterinary Services saved her life!

Her surgery was over $6,000. Angel is healing well and expected to make a full recovery.

Angel would love visitors to walk and play with her as she cannot be turned out at all for a few more weeks. She'd also make an AMAZING partner if you are looking to foster or adopt!

This class is open to all dogs who have completed any of our regular classes, or who have their CGC. All levels are welcome but special emphasis is placed on the basics.

Practice obedience with your pup. This class has novel situations for the handler and dog to practice or test. This class also helps your dog to practice socialization, and as a bonus, you can also work toward earning your CGC!

Beginners Welcome!

Rally is a dog sport where a handler and their dog learn how to navigate a course of numbered signs that provide instructions for skills to perform. The skills can include turns, behaviors like sit, down, or stay, and other exercises. The goal is to demonstrate teamwork and enthusiasm!
