Spotlight: Bee Buffs Honey | |
Pure. Raw. Mobile? Bee Buffs Wildflower Honey is a Georgia-grown marvel. Family-owned and operated here in Forsyth, Bee Buffs' pure, raw honey is all produced by bees who just happen to live on school buses!
Bee Buffs began their adventure over 10 years ago with the goal of preserving and fostering the bee population in middle Georgia. What started with one hive has turned into a hundred hives and the number continues to grow. They take old school buses and turn them into homes for their hives. Each bus holds 25-45 hives and is moved during the year for the bees to enjoy the nectar flow from Middle Georgia to the North Georgia Mountains and all the way to the cotton fields of Southern Georgia.
