Hello –
Every quarter I’m able to reflect on our business and all the changes that have occurred. We've successfully moved our corporate office and warehouse without shipping disruption. We have also added Lynda Crammer to our sales team to manage sales in the South East.
This past quarter many groomers and retailers participated in our Curbside Grooming Program. Within this program, we provided marketing materials for our 8 oz. minis which consist of shampoos, facials and conditioner from our Pro-Coat Grooming line. We backed it with special discounts in early September to honor our yearly Superzoo discounts and aid in stocking your shelves. We’re pleased to be the brand you trust as your partner in grooming and wellness.
The past 3 months have allowed us to plan for the future and look at new ways to improve our company’s sustainability and social responsibility. This has included product development, packaging and working with the Organic Trade Association for Congressional visits in September and October. This will be to address one of today’s most serious challenges – climate change.
We encourage you to do your part with climate change and improve your own sustainability at your office and at home. We hope you; your families, and your communities are safe and thriving.

Our new Organic Dental Solutions Bamboo Dental Kits are your perfect pet dental essential. The new USDA Certified organic kits, in stock mid October are available in small and large. They feature an eco-friendly, sustainably harvested Moso Bamboo toothbrush. The biodegradable and anti-microbial handle is from one piece of naturally grown Moso Bamboo from a FSC Certified Forest. For improved grip, it’s coated in organic soybean wax and free of toxic glues or paints and has ergonomic, dental-grade, nylon bristles that can be recycled.
The .8 oz. Dental Gel is flavored in Sweet Potato and Cinnamon; it tastes like a treat but is deceptively tough on plaque and tartar for improved canine dental health. Our new packaging is more earth-conscious and has 50% less packaging waste. Less packaging waste means less waste in landfills. Less pollution of our air, water, and soil. We have also once again partnered with 1-Tree Planted where a portion of the profits of these SKU's will aid in planting trees. 1-Tree Planted is a charity that helps with global reforestation efforts.

Look for informative data sheets, education docs, fliers, social posts and headers for you to utilize. We'll also be adding Testimonial Documents at a later date from Influencer's who will review the product.

Ingredients Matter - Coconut Oil

Coconuts are delicious, but did you know they are a great stress reliever and packed with healthy benefits for your pups’ sensitive skin, fur and their teeth?
DENTAL: Coconut is antibacterial, antifungal, and has antiviral properties. It contains lauric acid, which kills harmful fungi and viruses in the body and attacks oral bacteria, like streptococcus, that can cause tooth decay, gum disease and bad breath. Coconut Oil helps heal and strengthen the gums.
SKIN: Coconut oil is high in Vitamin E and promotes wound healing. It contains a unique combination of fatty acids that relieve inflammation and revitalize dry skin and eczema. It’s rich in fatty acids that allow skin to retain more moisture over time.

The 2-In-1 Grain-Free Shampoo is just what I need. I'm a BIG boy with sensitive skin. The 2-In-1 has Lavender and Mint that smells delicious, and Niaouli Oil to soothe and rescue my itchy skin. These are GAME CHANGERS! 👏🏻 As a pup who had several ear infections when I was younger, we quickly learned just how important it is to keep these fluffy floppy ears clean! Here’s a not so fun “fun fact” 😂: Even before COVID-19, the pawrents wipe my paws after walks. Now they are being extra strict about it. I don’t mind because it means more attention for me versus human puppy.

Philanthropy - Making a Difference

Paws for life K9 Rescue - We are proud to continue our support of the Service Dog program. Recently, 3 service dogs were place with Veteran's as their Service Dog after completing over a year of advanced training and learning over 60 obedience commands.
The Service Dog program has now also extended to our brave First Responder's who often see life trauma daily.

Rhonda, a shelter dog, graduated from the Paws For Life prison training program and now proudly serves first responders at the Santa Barbara County Fire Department. She assists firefighters as they deal with the everyday traumas of their emotionally challenging work. Rhonda and her handler, Sam, support all area fire agencies in their county.
Rhonda received nine-months of advanced training to recognize signs of agitation, anxiety and stress. She will interrupt those behaviors by providing affection and enabling individuals to express themselves in a safe setting. Thank you, Sam and Rhonda, for improving the lives of our nation’s heroes. Adopt Cornelius This active boy is such a cutie! His hairy pitty face makes you smile every time you see him! His ideal home is an active family that will take him for long walks every day. He loves dogs and is great with kids too.

Adopt Dolly Dolly Parton is a great pup! She's hilarious, adorable, soft, sweet, insane for Dentastix, and cuddly. She will protect you from all dangers outside such as rabbits, other dogs, anything with wheels (bikes, skates, etc.) She is crate trained, potty trained, great in the car, and not food/toy aggressive.

Nickie Glitter is the kind of girl that will play joyfully with other dogs – and when she’s finished she will sit by you.
She is a smart, active doggie who is looking for her forever home. While she waits, she is polishing all her manners to impress you.
