Calling all bakers, rollers, ploppers and pinchers: we are baking Hamantaschen in the Beth Jacob kitchen on March 17! Join us between 10 am and 1 pm to bake up a storm! No experience needed--Training and endless appreciation will be provided. Volunteers will get to take home a dozen hamantaschen. Supervised kids are welcome too. Are you an amateur filmmaker? A professional? Are you still reading this? We are seeking the submission of Shpiel-worthy films, 6-60 seconds in length to be shown on

March 23 during Mendota Megillah Madness. Your topic should be silly, and involve the Purim story, or not. Be creative, include your dog, use animation or iambic pentameter. Submit your entry by March 15, and wait on the edge of your seat for the debut of your masterpiece!

Mishloach Manot & Matanot L'Evyonim 



We welcome you to donate for Mishloach Manot and Matanot L'Evyonim. At our Purim festivities, we will be distributing bags of Mishloach Manot (Purim goodies, fulfilling one of the Purim mitzvot). Your donation will help offset the cost of these bags, and will also be used to fulfill the Purim mitzvah of Matanot L'Evyonim -- giving gifts to those in need.
