Purpose, Passion and Patriotism all in one swing!  Helping while having fun!

Join us for an unforgettable opportunity to support the Kevin Everett Foundation where you will have a chance to play a round of golf alongside a real Navy SEAL! An inspiring experience you will never forget!

All net proceeds will be donated to We Are Up. By teeing off for a great cause you are helping empower We Are Up to fund its movement to create a new model of care uplifting people with autism and other intellectual disabilities in rural Humboldt County.

Thank you to Charlie Jordan and the Kevin Ebbert Foundation for organizing this exciting golfing event. This will be more than just golf – it’s purpose, passion, and patriotism, all in one swing.

A Starry Night Over We Are Up

We want to thank Lynne Toderoff for the extraordinary gift of the Starry Night Over We Are Up quilt — a stunning and deeply meaningful tribute to our shared dream of bringing We Are Up to life in Humboldt County.

This quilt isn’t just beautiful — it’s a reflection of the love, hope, and community spirit that’s guiding this journey. We are deeply moved by Lynne’s generosity, and by the support we’ve felt from so many others who believe in what we’re building together.

There’s a quote by Keith Ferrazzi that feels especially fitting right now:

“Life is less a quest than a quilt — we find meaning, love, and prosperity through the process of stitching together our bold attempts to help others find their own way in their own lives. The relationships we weave become an exquisite and endless pattern.”

This moment is one of those beautiful stitches — a reminder that we’re not doing this alone. remaining"!

We Are Up Moving Forward

With unanimous approval from the planning commission now in hand, our board is moving forward with renewed energy. Together with friends, neighbors, local businesses, and partner organizations, we’re laying the groundwork to build our greenhouse and begin fundraising for our barn this fall.  These new spaces, nestled beside our orchard and gardens, will allow us to start offering hands-on programs that connect, uplift, and empower.  We hope you will join us in bringing We Are Up to life!

With Gratitude,

Mary Keehn and the We Are Up Board
