Pushcart's 50 years of service, theater friend

Dear theater friend,

Here's what we believe:

The arts are an inseparable part of the human journey and an essential component of the educational process. As an important force for social good, the arts help young learners grow interpersonally, emotionally, and provide a powerful tool for each child to reach their own unique potential.

Priorities driving the mission are: 1) the creative development and well-being of young people, 2) the capacity of theater to engender empathy and understanding, 3) the alchemy of inspiration for innovation and artistic excellence, and 4) the significance of Diversity, Equity, Access, and Inclusion (DEAI) as a continual process to ensure fair engagement in the arts for all.

Contributed income is a vital component to Pushcart's ability to fulfill its mission. Fees for programs and services support just a fraction of operating expenses. So as we embark on this milestone of 50 years of service, we've established a bold target for ourselves: $50,000 in individual contributions within the next year to support Pushcart Players' mission, programs, and services.
