Scope of Work:

New Construction for Putnam County for use as an expo center. Primary building is a 54,000sf pre-engineered metal building consisting of an open floor plan with supporting concession’s locations for vendors. A 10,000sf secondary structure for holding entrances, ticketing, and restrooms will be constructed using masonry and steel framing methods.
