PROTECT YOUR DEVICES!

Below-freezing temperatures can cause permanent battery and LCD damage

Bringing a cold computer into a warm environment can cause condensation inside the device. Condensation can cause additional damage to hard drives and components.

If you do forget and leave your computer in freezing temperatures do not use it right away. Allow your computer to slowly come to room temperature again before powering it on.

School computer warranties do not cover replacement batteries and only cover damaged screens once.

HIGH SCHOOL CAMPUS NEWS

DECA HOLIDAY EXPERIENCE

For the past 15 years KM DECA has partnered with the Waukesha Headstart Program to provide a "Holiday Experience" for the children who attend. DECA members signed up to bring in both a Gift and a Book and the Officer Team created 4 stations for the kids:

  • Gift Room (Santa and the elves sang songs, answered questions and handed out gifts)
  • Story Room (Books were read with the kids and they were able to choose one to take home)
  • Craft/Snacks (Home-baked cookies and brownies were shared, along with a craft)
  • Activities Room (Fun activities were set up for the kids to burn off some of the sugar provided)

After all the excitement was over, the group of 24 marketing/DECA students stopped at Albaneses Pizzeria as a reward for their hard work.

KMMS Band Caroling Event

The 7th and 8th grade band students went caroling this week. The event took place across our KM elementary schools, the Delafield Library and the Delafield Town Hall. Over 80 Band students participated. They have been learning Christmas carols with Mrs. Kuehn and Mr. Weiss after school in preparation for the big event. We thank each band member for sharing their time, talent and holiday spirit. It was a lovely event that had adults and children singing along!
