Dear brothers and sisters in our Lord Jesus, part of the growing repentance remnant, cleansing as His Bride, getting ready for His soon return as our Bridegroom-----
On this ninth of Av, Jews correctly mourn horrific acts over the centuries where they were massacred, banished, temples destroyed, vilified. The enmity towards them was, and is, among many today, horrific.
With all due respect, the answer is more than traditional mourning each year. Yeshua came to put to death the enmity and to make one new man. This is set forth in Ephesians 2: 14-18:
For He Himself is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation, having abolished in His flesh the enmity, that is, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, so as to create in Himself one new man from the two, thus making peace, and that He might reconcile them both to God in one body through the cross, thereby putting to death the enmity. And He came and preached peace to you who were afar off and to those who were near. For through Him we both have access by one Spirit to the Father.
On this unique day on the Jewish calendar may many find the enmity put to death and find Yeshua as their promised Messiah.
On this day when there also is great turmoil politically in Israel, be blessed by this key scripture below and prayer points from Avner Boskey:
And say to them, “This is what YHVH God says: ‘Behold, I am going to take the sons of Israel from among the nations where they have gone, and I will gather them from every side and bring them into their own land. And I will make them one nation in the land, on the mountains of Israel. And one king will be king for all of them. And they will no longer be two nations, and no longer be divided into two kingdoms. They will no longer defile themselves with their idols, or with their detestable things, or with any of their offenses. But I will rescue them from all their dwelling places in which they have sinned, and will cleanse them. And they will be My people, and I will be their God’” (Ezekiel 37:21-23)
How should we then pray?

Pray for sanity and discernment from God to heal Israel’s lost sheep caught up in deception
- Pray for God’s sanity and discernment to transform the hearts and minds of Israel’s politicians at all levels
- Pray for the outpouring of Holy Spirit on Israel, the Spirit of grace and supplications, leading to national salvation through Messiah Yeshua
- Pray for the raising up of Ezekiel’s prophetic Jewish army throughout the earth
