Core, Abs and Back. Core and back-centric class focused on isolated deep abdominal and core fitness exercises. Very good for posture and reducing/eliminating back pain.
Cardio & Strength. First half of class is non-stop standing cardiovascular exercise; second half is on the mat for core and strength work.
Yoga. A mind & body workout, continuous flowing yoga poses synchronizing with the breath. Flow sequence creates heat and produces strength, flexibility, balance and awareness.

Why:Classes are great for cardio health, stress management, reducing stiffness/pain, improving balance and flexibility, and boosting energy levels.
