2024 Proposed Budget Q & A Meeting

A homeowner budget discussion meeting will be held at the Clubhouse on Monday, November 13, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. We would like to encourage all homeowners to attend.

Submitted questions will be answered at the November 13th meeting.

The proposed 2024 budget meeting will supersede our monthly Board meeting.

The 2024 Budget comparison report has an error. The column of the 2023 Budget, on the last page is wrong. The total for GL 9600 (line 93) should be $103,867, not $105,867. Our actual contingency for 2023 is $10,000, not $12,000.

2024 Proposed Budget Correction

Deadline to Vote - November 28, 2023

Please return your completed ballot no later than 5:00 p.m., November 28th, 2023,

using one of these methods.

1 - Place your completed ballot into the envelope you received with your budget packet—place it in the UOA mailbox at the Clubhouse.

2 - Place a stamp on the envelope you received with your budget packet - return to:
