Partnering with our clients and discovering the unique ways they leverage the Terafina platform is always exciting. Recently, five of our amazing clients were spotlighted in a feature cover story with The Financial Brand Insights Magazine where they shared their insights on utilizing Terafina to customize a holistic, digital experience that prioritizes customer needs.
We also had the incredible opportunity to hear from Cindy Blackstone, Chief Retail Officer, Southside Bank ($7.79B), in a Banking Transformed podcast with The Financial Brand. We love learning all the ways our clients have benefited from Terafina’s omnichannel offerings and how we continue to find new and exciting paths to forge together.
This past quarter we were thrilled to welcome Stockman Bank of Montana ($6.18B) to the Terafina family. Additionally, our client, Synovus Bank ($61.73B) expanded their product offerings to include small business deposits in the digital channel.
As we are committed to advancing the digital onboarding landscape, we are pleased to announce our latest product offering, Brokerage Services. Brokerage Services is designed to expand relationships with customers by allowing them to open investment accounts and trade investment products. This is yet another offering that financial institutions can utilize to enhance and deepen their customer relationships.
As we enter the second half of this year, we are excited to see what new and exciting avenues will emerge. We are continuing to position ourselves for greater growth, more collaborative opportunities with our clients and partners, and providing customer-centric service.

In our latest co-hosted podcast with The Financial Brand, Cindy Blackstone, Chief Retail Officer, Southside Bank, sat down with us to discuss the success Southside has experienced with digital account opening and the benefits of having a fintech partnership with Terafina. Listen here.
Cindy on the effect of new digital account opening after implementing Terafina: “The impact has been incredible, we rolled this out early December of last year. So, its only been a few months that we've been live on the system. On average, we've seen 150% increase in new accounts. Additionally, 48% of those have been customers that were not Southside customers previously, and we're seeing our customers use it as well.”

The latest product enhancement, Brokerage Services, is now available for banks and credit unions to diversify their product portfolios.
The Brokerage Services module allows customers to open investor accounts and trade investment products. Once the account is set up, the investor can deposit funds and place investment orders through the brokerage account, and the transactions will be carried out by the brokerage firm on their behalf. As a result, financial institutions become a key figure in an investor’s financial growth by providing an additional account opening module within their product offerings, thus allowing the investor to open an account quickly and seamlessly.
