As 2024 comes to a close, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for your continued trust and partnership. This year has been a record-breaking one for Hunton Services, and we owe much of that success to you.


With over 250 employees, our team has worked hard to achieve tremendous growth, from advancing 37 apprentices to completing thousands of hours of training and achieving 100% module completion in our program. These efforts have helped us consistently improve the quality of service we provide to you.


Our quarter started strong with a number of awarded projects, both with long-term, beloved customers and new partnerships. Your unwavering support has made all the difference.

CELEBRATING THE FUTURE OF HVAC // OUR APPRENTICESHIP CEREMONY AT HUNTON SERVICES


This quarter we proudly hosted our Apprenticeship Ceremony at Hunton Services, recognizing both our new apprentices and those advancing to the next level. This program represents the fulfillment of a dream—to build a skilled workforce from within, creating opportunities for growth and shaping the future of the HVAC industry.


With 37 apprentices in the program, including 15 new Year One Apprentices, this milestone reflects the tremendous potential of our team and the exciting future we are building together. At Hunton Services, we are committed to investing in people, as they are the foundation of our future success.

BUILDING THE FUTURE: HUNTON SERVICES' COMMITMENT TO TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

At Hunton Services, we are constantly striving to provide the highest quality service to our customers. To achieve this, we know that continuous learning and skill development are key. That is why we have made a strong investment in our training and apprenticeship programs, ensuring our team stays ahead of the curve in an ever-evolving industry.


In 2024, we’ve taken significant steps to enhance our Technician In-House Training and Apprenticeship Programs, creating a workforce that is both highly skilled and ready to meet the diverse needs of our clients:


  • 36 apprentices are currently advancing through our program, gaining over 3,800 hours of on-the-job training and 1,200 hours of classroom instruction, which translates to hands-on expertise and real-world readiness.
  • Our apprentices have achieved an outstanding 100% module completion rate, a testament to their hard work and commitment to excellence.
  • We conducted 31 job site visits by technical trainers, giving our apprentices direct guidance in the field to further solidify their skills.
  • Our in-house technician training is already 66% complete, with 33 of our team members sharpening their technical abilities to serve you better.


These initiatives are designed to do more than just improve skill sets; they foster a mindset of safety, reliability, and continuous growth, which ultimately benefits you, our valued customers.


As we move into 2025, we’re excited to build on this momentum with plans to:


  • Expand our training offerings to include new modules focused on emerging technologies.
  • Increase participation in our in-house training programs, allowing more technicians to stay at the forefront of the industry.
  • Strengthen our apprenticeship program, preparing the next generation of HVAC experts to address the evolving needs of our customers.
