Quarterly Updates

Q3 | 2024

A Note From Jen Lee, Executive Director

As we wrap up another impactful quarter at LSND, I am thrilled to share some exciting developments that reflect our commitment to enhancing legal services for our community. We have recently completed a comprehensive analysis of our intake process, resulting in excellent recommendations for a more streamlined and user-friendly application system for our central intake unit. This improvement is a significant step toward making our services more accessible to those who need them most. Additionally, our ongoing legal needs assessment is in full swing—we are actively engaging with our local communities through surveys, focus groups, and data collection to better understand and address the legal challenges they face. Your support and participation in these initiatives are invaluable as we strive to serve you better.

Join us for a dynamic day dedicated to the current state of Pro Bono work. The agenda includes discussions on innovative approaches, a focus group on North Dakota’s legal needs, and a platform for sharing experiences and insights into Pro Bono challenges and successes. The event will also offer excellent networking opportunities, including morning coffee, a luncheon keynote, and a happy hour to conclude the day.
