In September, IIG celebrated our 18th anniversary. In many ways, this benchmark reminded me of when one of my kids hit their 18th birthday. The same proud feeling of accomplishment rang true as we celebrated this milestone.
Entrepreneurship, like motherhood, is not for the faint of heart. Through the sleepless nights on bended knees, the growing pains of expansion, and the inevitable course corrections along this road of success, I've shed tears of joy and exhaustion, seen answered prayers, and celebrated the mile markers along the way.
I would like to thank our clients, vendors, advisors, and all the amazing employees that have contributed and supported IIG over the past 18 years. But most of all, I want to thank my husband and family who have allowed me to pour endless hours into IIG, sacrificing time with them. IIG would not have reached this anniversary without all of you!
